Russia and Iran trying to hijack global economy: UK Foreign Secy

UK's Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper accused Russia and Iran of trying to "hijack the global economy" amid soaring oil prices and Middle East tensions. She said, "We've seen these links between Russia and Iran...and in the way these two states try to support each other." Cooper linked Iran's attacks in the Strait of Hormuz to rising oil prices.
