Russia struck the headquarters of Ukraine’s largest mobile operator, Kyivstar, on Sunday, while its Defence Ministry said it also hit a Vodafone Ukraine data centre. The strikes came amid intensified Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, reportedly causing service outages for around 1,00,000 households. The attack also came days after Ukraine launched its largest-ever attack on Russia.
