Russia buying back military weapon parts exported to India: Report

Russia is buying back military weapon parts previously exported to India and Myanmar, Nikkei Asia reported. Parts for tanks and missiles are being reimported to improve older weapons that are meant for use in Ukraine, it said, citing customs clearance data. Notably, the US and European nations have banned the export of goods with potential military use to Russia.
