Russia calls for ceasefire amid conflict in Middle East

Russia has called for an immediate ceasefire after US-Israeli strikes on Iran and Iran's regional retaliation. Russia said the campaign risks wider regional destabilisation and condemned attacks on civilian targets, including a girls' school in Minab. Around 148 people were killed in US-Israeli strike on the school in Minab. Iran Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed in US-Israeli strikes.
