Russia can carpet bomb any Ukraine city: Putin on Belgorod attack

After a massive Ukrainian rocket strike targeted the Russian city of Belgorod on Saturday, killing at least 20 and injuring 100 people, President Putin issued a warning to Ukraine. The "terrorist act" will not go "unpunished", Putin said. He said that Moscow is "capable of carpet bombing any Ukrainian city" but added that Russia won't retaliate by launching indiscriminate attacks.
