Russia & Canada argue on Twitter over 'kindergarten-level' UN letter edits

A Russian envoy engaged in an argument with the Canadian mission to the United Nations, after the latter made several changes to a letter sent by Russia on providing aid access and civilian protection in Ukraine amid the war. Reacting to it, the Russian envoy said, "Thank you...for this kindergarten-level Russophobic libel!...It...shows that your...good manners are at lowest ebb."
