Russia claims full control of Ukraine's Luhansk region as its last city falls

Russia on Sunday said it has taken control of eastern Ukraine's Luhansk region after the fall of the region's last Ukrainian holdout. The city of Lysychansk, which was a key Ukrainian city, and some nearby settlements fell under the control of Russian forces on Sunday, Russia claimed. Ukraine is, however, yet to comment on Russian claims.
