Russia claims Ukraine-linked terror plot foiled, arrests German woman

A German woman has been arrested in Russia's Pyatigorsk for allegedly planning to attack a law enforcement facility as part of a Ukrainian-linked terrorist plot, Russia's Federal Security Service said. The 57-year-old woman was found carrying a makeshift bomb in her backpack meant for remote detonation. A citizen from a Central Asian country who recruited the woman was also arrested.
