Russia congratulates PM Modi, says 'He became doyen of all PMs'

Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday congratulated PM Narendra Modi on becoming India's longest-serving elected Prime Minister. "Today, on 10th of June, Prime Minister Modi became the doyen of all Indian Prime Ministers," he said. He added that PM Modi continues to lead the world's largest democracy and expressed hope that he would further strengthen India-Russia relations.
