Russia creates 3D model to restore Syrian city of Palmyra

Russian experts have created a 3D model of the Syrian city of Palmyra that was destroyed by the Islamic State in 2015. Russia will hand over the model to Syria to help restore and preserve the ancient city. Calling it "unique and unprecedented", Russian ambassador Riad Haddad said the model highlights Russia's "cultural support" to Syria.
