Russia earns ₹63,000 crore from fossil fuel exports in 13 days amid Iran conflict
Russia has earned an estimated €6 billion (around ₹63,507 crore) from fossil fuel exports in less than two weeks since the Iran conflict began on February 28, according to an analysis by CREA. This comes as global oil markets tightened and prices surged amid escalating geopolitical tensions. US has announced a 30-day waiver allowing Indian refiners to purchase Russian oil.
