Russia emerges as India's second largest oil supplier in Sept: Report

India's crude oil imports from Russia rose 18.5% month-on-month (MoM) in September, making it the country's second-largest crude oil supplier after Saudi Arabia, The Economic Times reported. The import of 8.79 lakh barrels per day (bpd) of Russian oil in September is India's second highest monthly import ever. India reportedly received first 90,000 tonnes of Russian naphtha last month.
