Russia expels British diplomat over espionage, summons UK envoy

Russia expelled a British diplomat on charges of espionage and summoned the Deputy British Ambassador, Danae Dholakia. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs alleged the diplomat "knowingly provided false personal information when applying" to enter Russia. The ministry added the diplomat is affiliated with UK's intelligence services and was involved in "subversive activities".
