Russia has likely removed several generals from key command roles in the Ukraine conflict this month, UK's Defense Ministry said. Colonel-General Sergei Surovikin will likely be the new commander of the Southern Group of Forces, which plays a central role in Russia's offensive in Donbas, the ministry said, adding, "Surovikin's career has been dogged with allegations of corruption and brutality."
