Russia labels ex-Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev 'foreign agent'
The Russian government has labelled Andrei Kozyrev, the country's first foreign minister after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, as a "foreign agent" over his views on President Vladimir Putin and his criticism of Moscow over the Russia-Ukraine war. Kozyrev, who served as the foreign minister under ex-President Boris Yeltsin, permanently moved to the US in 2010.
