Russia launched bombs during Putin-sponsored ceasefire: Ukraine

Ukraine accused Russia of launching guided bombs on the Sumy region of northern Ukraine in the early hours of Thursday. Ukraine's Air Force said bombs were launched nearly three hours after a three-day ceasefire declared by Russian President Vladimir Putin came into force. Russia declared a ceasefire from May 8-10 to mark anniversary of its World War II Victory Day.
