Russia offering oil to Asian nations at 40% discount along with fake paperwork: Report

Russia is offering crude oil from US-sanctioned facilities at 40% discount to spot prices last week, Bloomberg reported. The oil is being offered via little-known China and Russia-based intermediary firms, with sellers saying they could even provide fake paperwork to make it appear the oil originated from non-Russian sources. Russia has been steadily expanding exports from US-sanctioned plants.
