Russia 'playing with the West's minds', says Putin advisor

"Russia is playing with the West's minds," Russian President Vladimir Putin's advisor Vladislav Surkov has said, adding that they "don't know how to deal with their own changed consciousness". Calling "the Putinist system of government... the ideology of the future", Surkov added that it would last for decades because it is native and "organic".
