Russia recalls its envoy after US Prez Biden calls Putin 'killer with no soul'

Russia has recalled its ambassador to the US after President Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a "killer with no soul". Biden also said that Putin would "pay a price" for alleged election meddling. Biden made these comments after an intelligence report suggested that Putin authorised an interference campaign to swing 2020 US Presidential elections to Donald Trump.
