Russia refuses oil to Pakistan at the same rate as India's: Report

Russia refused to give oil to Pakistan at the same discounted rate it had offered India, The Economic Times reported. Russia cited its supply commitment to big buyers while refusing to accommodate Pakistan's request during a recent meeting between the two sides in Moscow. Pakistan claimed it got a discount from Russia but the negotiators failed to specify the rate.
