Russia's sanctions-proof plane now proven to fly in -49°C to +42°C

Russia's indigenously built sanctions-proof Il-114-300 regional turboprop aircraft has completed temperature-related testing in Uzbekistan. The functionality of the plane's systems was tested at ground-level ambient temperatures reaching +42°C, with the plane flying for over 30 hours as part of the tests. Earlier this year, the plane was tested in Siberia, where its systems were checked at -49°C.
