Russia, Saudi 'very, very close' to an oil deal: Russian wealth fund CEO

Russian wealth fund RDIF's CEO Kirill Dmitriev said Russia and Saudi Arabia are "very, very close" to a deal on oil production cuts. OPEC and its allies are scheduled to have a meeting on Thursday and expected to discuss the reduction in oil output. OPEC+ is working on a deal to cut oil production by about 10% of world supply.
