Russia says it’s grateful to Indian friends for readiness to resolve Ukraine war

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Russia was grateful to its “Indian friends” for their readiness to help resolve Ukraine war. His statement came after Ukraine’s Foreign Minister described India’s proposal for a possible Russia-Ukraine ceasefire as “broadest” among four offers received by Kyiv. Last week, Russian President Putin said PM Modi had “very good ideas” for settlement of the war.
