Russia says it will wait & see how Musk's ownership affects Twitter

Russian spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday that Russia will wait and see how billionaire Elon Musk's ownership of Twitter will affect the platform. He also said that he doubted Western social media's capability to reflect different points of view. The statement comes as a Russian court reportedly fined Twitter $41,000 for not removing banned content from its site.
