Russia sent anti-air missiles to N Korea in return for troops: Seoul

Russia has sent anti-aircraft missiles to North Korea in exchange for troops to support its war against Ukraine, Shin Won-sik, Seoul's top security advisor said. "Anti-aircraft missiles aimed at reinforcing Pyongyang's vulnerable air defence system have been delivered to North Korea," he said. He also stated that Russia has provided North Korea with various forms of economic aid in return.
