Russia test-fires 'nuclear-capable' intercontinental ballistic missile

Russia successfully tested a 'nuclear-capable' intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from the northwestern Arkhangelsk region, its defence ministry said, releasing a video. The missile reached the designated target area at the Kura test site in Kamchatka. The goal of the launch was to confirm the "tactical, technical and flight characteristics of the missile system", it added.
