Russia to hold Victory Day Parade without tanks for 1st time in nearly 20 yrs

Russia's Victory Day parade marking the 81st anniversary of Nazi Germany's defeat will be held without tanks, missiles or other military equipment, the Russian Ministry of Defence said. It'll be the first such event in nearly 20 years without military hardware on Moscow's Red Square on May 9. It cited the "current operational situation" for excluding equipment from the parade.
