Russia vows 'firm response' after Moldova expels diplomat

Russia warned of an "adequate and firm response" after Moldova declared a Russian embassy staffer persona non grata in Chisinau. Moldova's President Maia Sandu said the move followed a Russian-made Geran drone violating Moldovan airspace and crashing near homes and an energy facility. Russia denied evidence of the drone's origin and called the expulsion a "hostile action."
