Russian 'double-tap' strike on Ukrainian shopping mall kills 16

Russian drones struck a shopping mall in central Ukraine on Friday in a "double-tap" attack, killing at least 16 people and injuring over 130, including children. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the second drone hit the centre half an hour later in a deliberate attempt to target emergency services.
