Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska has suggested longer working hours for employees as the economy undergoes a fundamental transformation. He proposed a schedule from 8 am to 8 pm, including Saturdays, saying it would speed up the transition. He said, "This crisis is deeper. It is caused by a difficult transformation," he wrote as per a report in Business Insider.
