Russian billionaire & Putin's ex-judo partner claims ownership of ₹10k cr palace

Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg has claimed that he's the owner of the Black Sea palace, not President Vladimir Putin, as the leaders' critics had alleged. Rotenberg is said to be close to Putin as former judo sparring partner. Earlier, Putin also denied Alexey Navalny's allegation that he owns the palace which cost nearly $1.4 billion (around ₹10,000 crore) to build.
