Russian Black Sea commander seen after Ukraine said it killed him

In a photo released by the Russian Defence Ministry, Black Sea Fleet commander Viktor Sokolov was seen taking part in a video conference with Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu on Tuesday. This comes a day after Ukraine's special forces claimed they killed Sokolov along with 33 other officers in a missile attack last week on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters.
