Russian city uses photoshop instead of repairing path

Authorities in Saint Petersburg city, Russia have been accused of photoshopping images of damaged infrastructure and deceiving people into believing it has been repaired. The authorities posted images of a photoshopped path and said its repair "has been completed." They later apologised, claiming that they mistakenly posted a photoshopped image of what the path would resemble once repaired.
