Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak tests COVID-19 positive

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has tested positive for coronavirus, the country's Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Tuesday. Novak learned of the diagnosis after arriving in Blagoveshchensk, where he was to take part in a government meeting, and left for Moscow, the PM added. Novak will still participate in Wednesday's videoconference of OPEC and its allies, a spokesperson said.
