Russian forces used cluster bombs in Ukraine: UN human rights office

Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) on Friday said they have received credible reports of Russian forces using cluster munitions in populated areas in Ukraine. The office added indiscriminate use of such weapons is prohibited under international law. On February 28, Ukraine's rights groups had accused Russia of using cluster bombs during attacks on Ukrainian cities.
