Billionaire investor George Soros on Tuesday said the Russian invasion of Ukraine "may have been the beginning of the Third World War and our civilisation may not survive it". "The best and perhaps only way to preserve our civilisation is to defeat [Russian President Vladimir] Putin as soon as possible," he added, while speaking at World Economic Forum in Davos.
