Russian man dies during YouTube livestream after drinking 1.5 litres of vodka

A 60-year-old Russian man died during a YouTube livestream as people watched after consuming 1.5 litres of vodka. Viewers reportedly donated money to encourage him to drink more, as part of a trend in Russia called "thrash streaming". Following the incident, a Russian senator said he's preparing legislation to make "thrash streaming" illegal.
