Russian man in Goa kills live-in partner, female friend; tells police about 3rd murder

Russian national Aleksei Leonov was arrested for allegedly killing his live-in partner Elena Kasthanova and his friend Elena Vaneeva in north Goa on January 14 and January 15. During interrogation, 37-year-old Leonov told police that he also killed a 40-year-old woman from Assam. "We are verifying his claims and will act based on the evidence we find," police said.
