Russian man, thought to be 'missing' in Odisha, found; in GRP custody

A Russian man, Andrew Glagolev, who was thought to be missing in Odisha amid controversy over deaths of two Russians, was located in a market area in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. Glagolev, an anti-Ukraine war activist, is in the custody of the Government Railway Police. An official said his visa expired and he applied to the UN for asylum in India.
