Russian man's car loaded on tow truck; he gets inside it & frees it

A Russian man, whose car was loaded by authorities on a tow truck, got inside his vehicle and freed it before escaping. "Step aside so I don't run you over," the man can be heard warning the authorities in a video of the incident that surfaced online. The bumper of the car got damaged as he reversed it.
