Russian oil firms face lack of staff as funds used for war: Report

Russia's oil and gas industry is facing a severe shortage of manpower as it continues to fund the invasion of Ukraine, Bloomberg reported. The bonus paid to a soldier for signing up to fight in Ukraine alone is almost equal to an average oil field worker's yearly salary, it added. The industry is short of around 40,000 employees this year.
