Russian oil tanker heading to China makes U-turn, now moving towards India

A Russian oil tanker that was bound for China has made a U-turn and is now heading towards India. It is set to arrive in New Mangalore on March 21, according to ship-tracking data. Earlier, US gave India a 30-day waiver to purchase Russian oil, however, India said it never depended on permission from any country to buy Russian oil.
