Russian Prez Putin draws cartoon during exhibition, video surfaces

Russian President Vladimir Putin drew a cartoon smiley face on a whiteboard during a tech exhibition in Moscow. A video has surfaced online in which President Putin can be seen drawing the cartoon resembling the 'SpongeBob SquarePants'. The sketch showed a head with wavy hair and big ears. Putin created the art after he was asked for an autograph.
