Russian soldier holding grenades walks on street in Ukraine demanding surrender

A video has surfaced online that showed a Russian soldier walking through a crowd in a Ukrainian street, holding two grenades, purportedly demanding them to surrender. The crowd shouted "shame" as the soldier made his way through them. It was alleged that the soldier was said to be in the city to negotiate Ukrainian surrender with the citizens.
