Russian sport Wrestball combines basketball, rugby and wrestling

Wrestball, which is played in Russia, combines aspects of basketball, rugby, and wrestling to produce one of the world's most distinctive games. Games are played on a standard basketball floor, however, the main distinction is that contact is permitted. It is played on a padded court, and participants wear elbow and knee pads to prevent injury.
