Russian startup aims to put ads in orbit for global audience

Russian startup StartRocket is aiming to launch cube satellites to create a programmable display in the night sky with a "potential audience of 7 billion people". With a 50-sq-km area, 'The Orbital Display' would show advertisements for six-minute intervals over a particular region. Each satellite orbiting at a near-Earth altitude of 400-500 km would reflect sunlight and represent one pixel.
