Russian tugboat transporting weapons, soldiers hit with missiles: Ukraine

Ukraine on Friday claimed that its missiles hit a Russian naval tugboat transporting soldiers, weapons and ammunition to the Russian-occupied Zmiinyi island south of the Odesa region. Ukraine's Naval Command said that the boat had a TOR anti-air missile system on board but it still failed to stop the strike. Ukraine identified the Russian vessel as the 'Spasatel Vasily Bekh'.
