Russian war economy is fueling pay gains that companies can't afford: Report

Russian businesses are no longer able to keep pace with country's war machine in wage race as Ukraine war extends for a fifth year, as per a report. Years of labour shortages pushed salaries ahead of productivity growth, forcing companies to pay more to produce same amount of output. The wages have outpaced productivity by 5% points since war began.
