Russia's inflation dips below 4% for 1st time since 2020: Report

Russia's inflation in March dropped to 3.5% from almost 11% in February on an annual basis, Bloomberg reported citing data. It fell below the central bank's 4% target for the first time since 2020. Governor of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina has said the inflation is likely to fall even more in April.
