Russia launched its first Moon-landing spacecraft in 47 years on Friday. The Luna-25 mission may land on Moon before India's Chandrayaan-3, which is expected to land on Moon on August 23. Luna-25 will aim to operate for a year on the Moon's south pole. Notably, no country has made a soft landing on Moon's south pole.
